TERMS & CONDITIONS

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. FULFILLMENT/ SHIPPING POLICY

After a deposit has been collected for video services, a schedule date will be determined between both parties ( Press Play Sports and customer) contingent on the availability of agreed field location. All Skills & Assessment videos for athletes will take place on the field only. Expected turnaround time typically takes 5-10 business days from scheduled date with a maximum of two revisions allowed. Customers will receive a final copy of video which will be attached to the email address provided during the initial registration along with a youtube link.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; For any cancellations of any video services, $100 of the initial PAID DEPOSIT will be forfeited to Press Play Sports and the remainder will be returned  back to the customer.
